Not sure what your payment status means? Here's a breakdown of each status and what steps (if any) you need to take.
β Processed
Your payment has been successfully sent to the bank account on file.
You should see the funds within 3β5 business days, depending on your bankβs processing time.
π€ In Progress
Your payment was just sent and is currently on its way to your bank account.
Please allow 3β5 business days for it to appear in your account.
β Failed
The payment failed to process to the bank account on file, usually due to:

Incorrect account or routing number

Closed or inactive account
To resolve this:

Log into your SaverLife account

Go to My Account > Payout Info > Change

Enter valid bank account and routing number
β οΈ Make sure to contact us after updating your payout info so we can attempt to resend the payment (if still eligible).
π¬ Returned
The payment was sent but was returned by your bank or payout provider. This can happen due to:

An issue with the account

The account being closed

Mismatch between account holder name and bank info
To fix this, update your payout info as above and contact us once done so we can try to resend the payment (if within the 30-day window).
β Expired
The reward was not successfully claimed or reissued within 30 days, and is now no longer eligible for payment.
To avoid expiration in the future, please ensure your payout information is up to date and respond promptly to any payment issue notifications.
